anxiousgirl
Hi! I am new to this and looking for some advice. I am literally OBSESSED with worrying about my relationship and that something is wrong with it. (There is nothing obvious wrong but that doesn't stop my worrying routine!).... I go round and round in circles trying to find out what is wrong with my relationship and get myself worked up into an anxious mess (which convinces me more that there is something wrong) until I am mentally exhausted. This has been going on for 8 months now and so my boyfriend and I have decided to take a "break" to see if I can sort my head out... This all started when my boyfriend and I had an argument (re. commitment) and since then I have suffered with anxiety and panic. I know I have "issues" with feeling let down and insecure but surely if I know that i shouldn't still be looking for something else to be wrong??? Is this OCD? Any advice would be much appreciated!
