Lithium soups up my kiddo a bit, so I give it in the am and at 3pm, but not after 3pm. I cannot think of anything else, other than I give kiddo a combo called Sleep Essentials (melatonin + more) and it helps her. Search it out on Amazon if you are interested. Not for everyone of course, but it helps her.

I recommend "Earthing" your DD.

Our DS has had sleep issues for the last 2 years. We tried everything (literally everything short of pharmaceutical sleep aids) and at one point put a mattress in our room so he wouldn't continue to wake us up all night long. Now that he has an "Earthing" pillow he sleeps 7:30 to 6:00 in his own bed and is 7 years old.

However, I would not start with a pillow but bands for several months before moving to a pillow. It will cause a herxheimer response.

The amount of magnesium you are using is probably insufficient.

I would try at least 300 mg 2x daily instead of 100 mg. If taken right before bed it puts us out like a light. I even have my 80 yo mother using it at bedtime. She was having insomnia problems and the doctor wanted to give her a prescription but she tried magnesium citrate powder first (mix in water, it's kind of fizzy) and it worked perfectly. This is what we use:

Magnesium is essential for detox:

Mary: Dr. T in CA is one of the best! Glad you are seeing results.

Bands are different. You are grounding yourself. Many of my Lyme friends swear by it. Finally tried it and we are having great results. Not sure if EMF mitigation is the only thing it is helping with... Can cause Herx.

My son takes 800mg of magnesium in divided dosages throughout the day. Before my son goes to bed, every night he soaks his feet in 2 cups of Epsom salt and 1/2 tablespoon of Himalayan pink salt for 30minutes. This soak can also be done in the bath tub. He also takes 300 mg of magnesium, GABA, Probiotic, B6, and vitamin C before I turn the lights off in his bedroom at 10:30pm. He sleeps through the night with this combination. He takes all medications before 9:00 pm. He goes to bed at 10:30 and wakes up at around 9:00am. It took awhile to find the right combination for him but it he wakes up, he is able to fall back to sleep. Some people are afraid to take GABA. However, here is an article that explains why GABA works for some people and why it does not work for others.
