Coxsackie and other tests in, need opinions

Recommended Posts

Hello friends. Found a new local doctor that listens to all Dr T's RadioPandas programs and she agreed to run Dr T's exhaustive list of tests. Background, DS is PANS. Never had a known strep. Cultures and titers always negative. MycoP was always neg too.

Here's the results:

CMV IgG is high a 3.48 with a range of >1.10 positive (IgM is negative)

Coxsackie B2 AB high at 1:8. Anything less than 1:8 is negative

Coxsackie B6 AB high at 1:8. Anything less than 1:8 is negative.

MycoP IgG 0.98 in the equivocal range, IgM is negative. (Shows past infection since all others have been negative. He had pneumonia, not clarified, but dx'd by xray in early Nov that set off another exacerbation.)

HHV6 high at 1:80 with anything 1:80 or above high

Lyme band 45 reactive

Ehrlichia Chaffeensis IgG 1:64 positive, with anything 1:64 and above positive, IgM negative

Anaplasma IgG 1:64 positive, with anything 1:64 and above positive, IgM negative

Zinc high

B12 high

Appears he's had past Coxsackie (not the hand, foot, mouth type), CMV HHV6, Ehrlichia and Anaplasma at some time in the past and we were totally unaware. OR, did he get some of these things from two rounds of IVIG?
