Bartonella

Recommended Posts

In my own personal experience, insomnia is part of the bartonella/lyme disease. Hopefully to get better with treatment. I have had insomnia for years (waking up at 3 a.m., etc. I do take something to help me fall asleep every night.)

And the nausea is part of the die off- for me, I eat when it comes up, or make sure my bowels are moving.

Hang in there!
