It has helped me at times with sleeping and mood. It also can be good for liver support. I have taken it 200mg tablets one per day (breakfast) or two per day (one breakfast or lunch). I have used the Jarrow brand and found it good and heard from others that it is quality as well. They come in 200mg or 600mg, so I have a feeling my dosage is a bit on the light side. I don't know what kids dosages are.
