This is a really nice article. It really does a nice job of explaining why lyme is so difficult to track down. Thanks!

Thanks for posting. It's reassuring for me to read that transmition when time <24hrs is pretty low. Last week I pulled a huge tick off my dd5's head (she on 30 days amox, thanks to the dear pediatrician), and today the 3yo and 15mo old! But I am positive they were NOT there long, because I've been thorougly checking each day. I am so glad I bathed them early today!!!
