Worried_Dad Posted October 5, 2010 Report Share Posted October 5, 2010 Dr. Harry Chugani (director of pediatric neurology at DMC) has an excellent rep, although he doesn't specialize in PANDAS / PITAND. He does order IVIG for some patients with abrupt onset neuropsych disorders, and Dr. L (one of the "PANDAS Big 4" on here) told me she considers him "one of the best around." Might be hard to see, though, since he's the dept head. You could also try asking this question of the Michigan PANDAS Support Group.
