Hi- I know you are worried about your son. My daughter developed a tic early on (around that age) and was mostly head nodding (so bad some times that her neck hurt). We took her to many doctors and nothing seemed to help. I noticed her tics were worse when she was overly tired or stressed. She's 16 now and very rarely do I see any tics. It's hard to watch, but hang in there.
