[son won't increase his meds]

He's 16 and due to his spike in OCD symptoms, his doctor wants him to increase his dose of Fluvoxamine. My son won't do it. Any ideas?

[New: teenaged son with PANDAS whose OCD is spiking again; I have PTSD]

So hard for me to keep my cool when I see him in his behaviors, or wanting reassurance from me. I want to give it but am not supposed to. I cry every day.

Can anyone relate to this?
