  4. Did anyone compare two magnesium supplements,I mean natural calm and magnesium glycinate 400. I just wondering which should be better?. Now I'm taking magnesium malate which is also highly absorbable, but I don't see any effects. @gnafish how big are these pills?. Is there a big problem to swallow it?
  5. Hello Sheila Thank You for reply. No, I'm not from USA, I'm from Poland, so I found only food detective (elisa method) test. About four month ago I've done hair analysis test. It is strange, because it showed that I have a lot of mineral and vitamin deficiencies. I spent lot of money and bought vitamins for three monthly suplementation program, but after that three months I didn't see any effect. I read that natural calm magnesium has got a lot of positive comments. Now I'm taking mangesium malate, but nothing happen. Maybe should I change it? I thought about Your question, whether they are other triggers which can increase my tics besides stress and fatigue but nothing noticed. I think stress is my mainly reason, because I've noticed that in high school my tics was nearly zero, but there wasn't stress too much. Now the adult life is different. I want to try that trial 10 days no-gluten diet, but I think so it can be very hard to avoid products with gluten, because it is almost everywhere.
  6. I also thinking about wheat allergy. Does anyone done the blood test for wheat allergy?, or maybe intolerance wheat test like food detective will be better?

I also read that wheat is the one of the common triggers, so I'm thinking about do the blood test for wheat allergy? Does anyone done this test? I also get married january next year, so I have pressure to reduce my tics and I think this can also increase my tics now. I don't know what I can do more now, maybe You have got some advices?
  8. First hello to all of You. Sorry but my english is not good enough. I also join to the topic. I'm 28 yo and I just wondering what should I do. I tried lot of medicine, but I had many side effects like: somnolence, lack of strength, dizziness, shaking hands etc. Now I don't take any pills except multivitamin and magnesium which I almost finished. I just wondering, what should I do now. I though about food allergy test (food detective) and also about candida test. Does anyone tried that? Thanks for any idea.

  11. At the beginning hello for all of You, because this is my first post . I also have a tics and I read on this forum, that some foods can be a reason of tics. I have no idea how to start eliminate certain foods, so I have a question for those who have found foods that enhance their tics. I would like to know where to start?, Are there any foods that cause the most tics and I should start to reducing them?. Do any of you do the food allergy test and can recommend a good test? I would be grateful for any information, because tablets are not helping me and looking the other methods. Sorry, but my english is not perfect. Regards Karol
