Our Latitudes audience deals with food intolerances, allergies, health trends, and personal choices–making it impossible to find a cookbook that will meet everyone’s needs. But I believe most of us are pretty savvy at picking our way through a good cookbook, choosing what we want, and skipping the ones we know won’t work for us, even with adaptations.
Years ago I decided that it was worth the cost of the book if I find a few faithful recipes I turn to again and again. I believe that for me, these three books fall into that category. I’ve highlighted a proven oldie cookbook (gluten-free), a comprehensive recent one (on the Mediterranean diet) and a hot-off-the press cookbook to improve gut health that I’ve just now ordered.
Maybe one or more of these will feature recipes that are just what you or your family needs–or what they could simply enjoy.
